Never Have I Ever is BACK on Friday, January 31st at ComedySportz! A comedy show inspired by the infamous drinking game that includes improv, standup, very special guests, and most importantly, your juicy juicy stories that inspire it all! With a second Trump presidency upon us, and rising right wing attacks on LGBTQ rights, abortion rights, voting rights and more, we need progressive laughs now more than ever. That’s why we’re excited to present Laughing Liberally Milwaukee, a monthly progressive political comedy show featuring Milwaukee’s top liberal and progressive comedians. Laughing Liberally Milwaukee is hosted by comedian, cartoonist and satirist Matthew Filipowicz. Matthew’s work has been featured by CNN, NPR, PBS, HBO, BBC, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Atlantic, the Nation, the London Times, Ain’t It Cool News, and the Huffington Post. Matthew also hosts the creatively titled Laughing Liberally Milwaukee Podcast.

Comedians on the February 8th bill include Brian Green, Raegan Niemela, David Schedlinger, Chloe Mikala, and sketch comedy troupe The Accountants Of Homeland Security.

In addition to some of the finest progressive comedians Milwaukee has to offer, each Laughing Liberally Milwaukee features a special interview with a local activist, journalist, or political figure. This month’s guest is Stacey Johnson from Punk Rock Saves Lives.

Headliner Dana Ehrmann will leave you in stitches with her unique mix of self-deprecating humor and adulting mishaps. Dana is here to remind you that life doesn’t always go as planned—but it sure is funny when it doesn’t. Dana’s unique blend of humor will have you laughing at the little things that make life so absurd. She’s taken the stage with comedy legends like Todd Barry and Charlie Berens, and is known as ‘the biggest thing to come out of West Allis since Allis-Chalmers.’ Get ready for a show full of big laughs, good vibes, and plenty of moments that feel like you’re just hanging out with a good pal.
